Deposit (DP 50%)
A deposit of 50% (DP 50%) of the total package price is required to secure your dates, boat and accommodation. Your booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
バランス支払い
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day you arrive in Karimunjawa, before the first activity begins.

返金政策
Cancellations more than 14 days before departure: the deposit can be refunded minus an administration fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before departure: the deposit is non-refundable. If bad weather causes the boat service to be canceled, we will reschedule your trip or provide travel credit.
もし、あなたの航海がキャンセルされた場合
港湾当局が天候の悪化により航行を中止した場合、宿泊施設と航路の再計画を手伝います。原則として、当該施設の宿泊料金を支払います。
