How deposit, balance, payment methods and refunds work.
Deposit (50% DP)
A 50% deposit (50% DP) of the total package is required to secure your dates, boat and accommodation. A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Remaining balance
The remaining 50% balance is settled on arrival in Karimunjawa, before the first activity starts.

Payments are only valid when transferred to BRI account 758701000370509 in the name of Sudarmono, or confirmed directly via our official WhatsApp +62 877-7800-6366. We never request payment to any other personal account, alternative WhatsApp number or third party. If you receive a different account number or WhatsApp contact claiming to represent Karimunjawa Paket, please confirm with us before transferring.
Refund policy
Cancellations more than 14 days before departure: deposit refundable minus admin fees. Less than 14 days: deposit becomes non-refundable. Boats cancelled due to bad weather: we reschedule your dates or issue a travel credit.
If the boat is cancelled
If the harbour authority cancels boats due to weather, we help re-arrange accommodation and the schedule. Extra accommodation outside the original package follows the prevailing rate.
