How deposits, balance payments, payment methods, and refund policies work.
Deposit (DP 50%)
A deposit of 50% (DP 50%) of the total package price is required to secure your dates, boat and accommodation. Your booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day you arrive in Karimunjawa, before the first activity begins.

Payments are only valid when transferred to BRI account 758701000370509 in the name of Sudarmono, or confirmed directly via our official WhatsApp +62 877-7800-6366. We never request payment to any other personal account, alternative WhatsApp number, or through a third party. If you receive a different account number or WhatsApp number claiming to represent Karimunjawa Paket, please confirm with us before transferring.
Refund policy
Cancellations more than 14 days before departure: the deposit can be refunded minus an administration fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before departure: the deposit is non-refundable. If bad weather causes the boat service to be canceled, we will reschedule your trip or provide travel credit.
If your sailing is cancelled
If the port authorities cancel a sailing due to weather, we will help rearrange your accommodation and itinerary. Any additional accommodation beyond the original package will be charged at the prevailing rates.
