Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent and remain under the parent’s full supervision and responsibility.

Guests must not have a medical history that could endanger themselves or others.

If a crossing is cancelled due to bad weather or technical issues, the trip will be rescheduled.

If a guest cancels, the deposit is automatically forfeited.

Guests who arrive late at the meeting point and miss the ferry automatically forfeit their deposit.

If a guest changes the schedule, costs already paid to third parties—such as boat tickets, accommodation, and catering—will be charged to the guest.

For packages without specified accommodation, the organizer may select the accommodation in Karimunjawa based on comfort and available facilities.

The organizer may cancel if unable to provide the selected package. The deposit will be refunded in full.

For the safety and comfort of the trip, the organizer may determine or change itinerary destinations when natural or weather conditions make the original plan unsuitable.

If a boat departure is delayed due to weather or technical issues, costs incurred while waiting—including accommodation, meals, and personal expenses—are the guest’s responsibility.

Every guest who books a package is considered to have read and accepted all terms above and agrees not to make unreasonable claims.
