Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent and remain under their parent’s full supervision and responsibility.

Participants must have no history of medical conditions that could endanger themselves or others.

Trips canceled due to bad weather or technical issues that prevent the ferry from departing will be rescheduled.

Cancellations by participants automatically result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Participants who arrive late at the meeting point and miss the ferry automatically forfeit their deposit.

If participants change their travel dates, any costs we have already paid to third parties, such as boat tickets, accommodation, and catering, will be charged to the participants.

For packages that do not specify accommodation, the organizer reserves the right to choose accommodation in Karimunjawa based on comfort and the best available facilities.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel if they are unable to provide the selected package. The deposit will be refunded in full (100%).

For your safety and comfort, the organizers reserve the right to select or change the destinations in the itinerary if natural or weather conditions make the planned visits unsuitable.

If the boat's departure is delayed due to weather or technical issues, participants are responsible for expenses incurred while waiting, including accommodation, meals, and personal needs.

All participants who book a package are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms above and agree not to make excessive demands.
