- Travel dates, number of guests and chosen package.
- Special requests, dietary, medical or diving information you voluntarily share.
- Shoe / equipment sizes when relevant for an activity.
- WhatsApp or email conversations about your booking.
Why we collect it
Data is used only to plan, arrange and confirm your trip — including booking boats, hotels, guides, transfers and activities. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
Sharing with local operators
To arrange your trip, limited details (e.g. name and group size) may be shared with hotels, boat operators, guides, drivers or activity providers involved. They receive only the minimum information needed.
Data retention
Inquiry and booking data is kept for up to 24 months after the trip for administrative purposes, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires otherwise.
