- Travel dates, number of guests, and preferred package.
- Special requests, dietary preferences, and medical or diving information that you voluntarily provide.
- Shoe or equipment sizes, where relevant to the activity.
- WhatsApp or email conversation history regarding your booking.
Why we collect it
Your data is used only to plan, arrange and confirm your trip — including bookings for boats, hotels, guides, transfers and activities. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing data with local partners
To arrange your trip, some data (e.g. names and the number of guests) may be shared with the hotels, boat operators, guides, drivers or activity operators involved. They receive only the minimum information necessary.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and booking data for administrative purposes for a maximum of 24 months after your trip, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.
